Returns & Refunds

We believe in freedom — you’ve got 14 days (by EU law) to change your mind after delivery.
Write us at support@getiedup.com before the 14th day. Send it back within another 14.
We’ll untie the knot and refund you once the goods are back in our hands (or when you prove you shipped them).

Rules:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags + packaging.

  • Return shipping is on you, unless we screwed up.

No returns on:

  • Custom/personalised pieces (made just for you).

  • Sealed goods that can’t be unsealed for hygiene reasons.

  • Digital content delivered online.

Faulty? Not as described? You’re covered by a 2-year EU legal guarantee. We’ll repair, replace, or refund.
