We tie it up, we send it out.

• Processing: usually 1–3 business days. Handmade or custom stuff might take 5–10.

• Carriers: [Packeta, courier, DHL…].

• Slovakia: 1–3 days.

• EU: 3–7 days.

• Rest of the world: 7–14 days.

Tracking comes to your inbox as soon as it leaves our hands.

Customs? If your country asks for duties/taxes, that’s on the customer.

If a package boomerangs back to us (undeliverable), we’ll reach out — re-shipping costs may apply.
