Behind The Knot
Tied Up isn’t just a brand, and these aren’t just ties. This project is a story, a thread that connects people, places, and ideas. Every piece is an experiment, cut from unexpected materials, tied into something new. But the knot isn’t only mine.
Not long ago, I thought differently. I avoided collaborations, convinced that I could do everything alone and maybe even better that way. But I learned the hard way that isolation closes doors, even the ones inside yourself. I lost something I loved by being distant, not only from others but from my own truth.
Now, I don’t want to do this alone. Collaboration makes the work alive. Meeting people, sharing ideas, and creating together opens possibilities I could never find by myself. Every collaboration is a different voice, a different way of seeing, a new knot in the story. And collaboration doesn’t only mean artists and creators, it can also be inspired by the unnoticed places we walk past every day, by the hard-working people who keep the world moving, and especially by the community that surrounds us.
On Instagram, Tied Up doesn’t look like a shop window. It looks like a magazine, a space to showcase people, their work, their stories. Each post is more than a product: it’s a feature, a portrait, a reason. The tie is just the excuse to bring these worlds together.
Tied Up is about making something bigger than a brand. It’s about movement, dialogue, and the idea that fashion can be more than clothing - it can be connection.
